These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by HairSpace LA LLC(“HairSpace,” “we,” “us”), including hair extension installation, maintenance, and product sales. By booking an appointment or purchasing products, you agree to these Terms.
1. Booking & Appointments
Scheduling
Appointments are by reservation only. A consultation (free or paid, depending on service) may be required before installation.
Deposits
A deposit of 20% may be required at booking to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable if canceled with less than 48 hours' notice.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- 48+ hours notice: Full refund or reschedule at no charge.
- 24–48 hours notice: Deposit forfeited; may reschedule with new deposit.
- Less than 24 hours / No-show: Full service fee may be charged.
Late Arrivals
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling at our discretion.
2. Products & Purchases
Product Quality
All hair products are 100% human hair. We describe products accurately; however, natural variations in color and texture may occur.
Shipping
Orders ship within 3–5 business days. Shipping times vary by destination. Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier pickup.

3. Service Disclaimer & Liability
Results
Hair extension results depend on your natural hair condition, lifestyle, and aftercare. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
Allergies & Sensitivities
Inform us of any known allergies before your appointment. We are not liable for reactions to products if you fail to disclose relevant medical information.
Aftercare
Following our aftercare instructions is essential for longevity. Damage resulting from improper care is not covered under any guarantee.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HairSpace's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service or product in question.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on hairspacela.com (text, images, logos) is owned by HairSpace LA LLC. You may not reproduce or distribute without written permission.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose.
- Harass staff or other clients.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer our website or systems.
6. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in Los Angeles County courts.
7. Service Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with a service, you must notify us within 7 days of your appointment. We will work with you to address concerns, which may include a complimentary adjustment or partial refund at our discretion.
