Hair Extension Products

Due to the custom nature of hair extensions and hygiene considerations:

Unopened packages: May be returned within 14 days for a full refund
Opened packages: Cannot be returned or exchanged
Custom color orders: All sales are final

Services

Service deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to rescheduled appointments
If you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us within 7 days
We will work with you to address any concerns at no additional charge

Hair Care Products

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days for a full refund
Opened products cannot be returned
Defective products will be replaced at no charge

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us via phone or message with your order details. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations
Same-day cancellations may forfeit the deposit
No-shows may be charged the full service amount
