Refund & Return Policy

1. Service Refunds

Deposits

  • Refundable if canceled 48+ hours before your appointment.
  • Non-refundable for cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice or no-shows.

Completed Services

Due to the personalized nature of hair extension services, completed services are generally non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied, contact us within 7 days; we may offer a complimentary adjustment or partial credit at our discretion.

2. Product Returns

Eligibility

  • Unopened, unused hair products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be in original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used hair bundles/extensions.
  • Custom-colored or cut products.
  • Sale or clearance items.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

3. Return Shipping

  • Standard returns (change of mind): Customer pays return shipping.
  • Defects/errors: HairSpace covers return shipping via a prepaid label.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Email support@hairspacela.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive approval and return instructions (if applicable).
  3. Ship the item back (or receive a prepaid label for defects).
  4. Refund or replacement processed upon inspection.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
